The Platform: L I M S Y acts strictly as a peer-to-peer venue. We connect independent buyers, sellers, renters, and vehicle owners. L I M A does not own, inspect, manufacture, or store any listed items or vehicles.
Eligibility: You must possess a valid, clean driver's license and meet our community verification standards. sellers must meet the community standards withing their jurisdictions.
Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding their identities and listings.
Marketplace Listings: Sellers and vehicle owners guarantee that their items are safe, legal, and match the descriptions provided.
Vehicle Bookings: Renters must obey all traffic laws, maintain valid insurance where applicable, and return vehicles in the same condition received.
Because L I M S Y is a peer-to-peer network, transactions occur directly between members. If a dispute arises over a defective item, a vehicle issue, or a booking cancellation:
Good Faith Negotiation: Users must first attempt to resolve the issue directly and peacefully via the platform's messaging system.
L I M S Y Escalation: If an agreement cannot be reached within 72 hours, either party may escalate the issue to our
Our Role: L I M S Y acts as an informal mediator. We review transaction logs, photos, and messages. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts based on our findings. Our decision is final just within platform but does not restrict external legal rights.
If you have a direct dispute with L I M S Y regarding our platform, fees, or policies, the following process applies:
Informal Resolution: You agree to contact us directly at legal@lima.com to attempt an informal, amicable resolution before taking legal action.
Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, both parties agree to resolve the conflict through individual, binding arbitration rather than in a court of law. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which L I M S Y is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
L I M S Y charge service fees to drivers, sellers and renters to maintain platform security and operations with only one month free service to all first time users. very few cases may charge service fees to buyers. All applicable fees are clearly displayed before checkout.
L I M S Y is not liable for any damages, theft, accidents, injuries, or legal issues resulting from peer-to-peer marketplace sales,vehicle booking and rentals. Users interact, buy, book and rent entirely at their own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or compromises the safety of our community.
We reserve the right to change, amend and fix our terms of service without taking consent from users.
